Software Engineer

  • Built and enhanced event-driven backend workflows using AWS Lambda, Kinesis, SNS, and SQS for IoT telemetry and Sparkplug B lifecycle message processing.
  • Enhanced device lifecycle processing for NBIRTH, DBIRTH, NDEATH, and DDEATH messages, integrating backend services with DynamoDB-backed device lookup and state management.
  • Implemented F-Box integration changes for CIO tag validation, device registration message processing, and UUID-based device-to-asset mapping.
  • Developed and modified GraphQL backend data-access logic for Account Manager Hub, integrating MongoDB as a data source and updating asset queries and business logic to support application requirements.
  • Improved Salesforce asset integration workflows by addressing identifier-based asset resolution, duplicate detection, event replay, and MongoDB SDK v2 filtering compatibility.
  • Worked with AWS IoT SiteWise asset hierarchies and subsystem mappings, and contributed to migrating monitoring alerts and dashboards from CloudWatch to New Relic with supporting logging improvements.
